Choose from either having the session with the Massage "Benches" or the Traditional Massage Table. This needs to be decided in advance of meeting. Both the Table and the Bench are heavily stabilized to secure accommodating body weight of up to lbs.
The massage is full body, leader to toe, and will concentrate on those areas discussed prior to the session. This is a full service experience with amenities on site to shower before and after the session.
The session will include oils, aromatherapy, music, healing touch and a Theragun vibrational tool (if interested). In general, strong body, strong hands and intuitive approach to aligning the body through the art of therapeutic touch.
