Ah, Greece! The land of gods, legends, and more abs than a Pride float in Mykonos. Men so beautiful that even Seby was momentarily speechless, and confidence me, that’s saying something…

The first time we landed in Athens, we barely left the airport before Seby whispered, “Greek gods are real.” By the moment we reached the hotel, he’d already spotted three of them, and I was busy planning which beach we’d “accidentally” stumble upon where clothes were optional. Priorities, right?

We’ve done Greece in every way possible: culture, beaches, parties, and, of course, diet. Oh, the food! If I could marry a plate of moussaka, I would. Seby, on the other hand, was too busy inhaling gyros like they were oxygen and flirting with the guy serving them (classic).

Athens welcomed us with its gritty charm and surprise rooftop coc

First time in Greece, Bar/Night life reccomendations????

Mykonos is fun indeed, but as far as bars/clubs go, the nightlife is rather small. Even in August, when about half the population of Athens is out of town, there are more places to go out to than Mykonos.

So, in Athens, there are a few ones you could visit. Since it's August, if it's not a weekend night, they won't be busy. Also, things don't get going till after 1am at least.
The bear scene is not that big, and the only bar that specifically attracts the bear clientele is Big. Bearing that in mind, trendy places include Sodade (a bar with a miniature dance area in the back, young/hip crowd), or G-Gaz (bar, used to be called Play) or its neighbor Blue Instruct (bar), S-cape nearby (nice bar and later move too), or Kazarma (dancing too, a lot of greek music), a couple of blocks down the road. Mayo, at Persefonis st, is a pleasant bar, with a rooftop. It's a nice place to start the (late) night, before heading to other bars.

All these, plus another couple of bars/clubs are near the intersection of Konstantinou
